New to enemas!! Need help!

Hi!

I am new to internal cleansing. I have posted a few other questions on other boards, and now I have a question about enemas.

I do not have the colema board or an enema bag or kit or whatever. What I do have are the store bough enemas. You know, the ones that are already "made up"? Kinda like a "ready to use" type enema. Fleet makes them. Can I use those until I get a "real" enema/colonic set-up?
