liver flush recipe

Hi,

I am posting again.I was looking for the liver flush recipe you guys use on this forum .I have checked the other recipes on the liver flush forum and there are many of those .

I think my earlier post did not sound right and got no replies , what I meant however is whats the best way to flush that everyone uses here ?
