Perfect 1st flush- Crappy 2nd flush

Hi,

I had my first Liver Flush about 2 months ago and it went PERFECT.

About a week and half later I tried another and after just the 1st dose of Epsom Salts I immediately (within 15-30min) felt a headache, very dizzy & lightheadedness.

Based on the symptoms I'm not sure if it was dehydration or low blood pressure.

I am attempting to do another tonight and made sure to drink plenty of liquids this week to prep and am also moving around to keep my blood pressure up.

Have any of you experienced these symptoms- if so, did you drink anything like electrolyte water or coffee to remedy it?

I'm just a lil nervous since the last bad experience and I'm hoping to avoid that this time around.
