How many enimas should a person do in a 24 hour period?

I have done three enemas at one time and still do not have have clear fluid! Is that normal? Ever since I started doing the enemas I have noticed and increase in post nasel drip, my voice is raspy sounding and I have a slight sore throat. Any thoughts from any one would be greatful.
