--NPN & the Calcium connection--

Hi Ya'll,

Maybe I should cover this idea for some to Better understand?

What may be the connection between foods containing too much NPN and and having a sharp Brix Line reading on the Refractometer?

What may Cause the Line to be a sharp Line vs a Fuzzy Line?

You may have heard me explain that the sharp line is an indication of Excess NPN in the plant?

The other reason for a sharp Line is the excess Acidity, be it from the Nitrogen it's self or other sources?

Why would there be Excess Acids present?

Could it be because the plant did not have enough of the needed Alkaline Minerals to Neutralize the Excess Acids of the plant, mainly the Nitrogen Waste?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

So, what Alkaline Mineral may be needed in Greatest amount to help cut these Excess Acids to provide for a High Brix Top Quality Fruit or Vegetable?

There may be Only Two Alkaline Minerals the plant may have to best do this job and one of them we do not want too much of?

Calcium and Potassium both are Alkaline Minerals which may cut the Excess Acids?

Calcium may cut the excess Acids and provide for a Fuzzy Line to be in the Brix Readings !

Yet, Potassium, while it may cut some acids may also add to the problem when it becomes Potassium Nitrate(NPN), which may Cause a Sharp Line to come about , instead of the Fuzzy Line needed for Top Quality?

Thus plants reading Low brix with a sharp Line we may know these plants Lack the needed Calcium our body needs to stay healthy or to Heal !

We may also know that any plants showing a sharp Line may also contain too much Potassium Nitrate(NPN) !

Thus we may know that plants with High brix and a Fuzzy Line shall contain more needed Calcium !

Cause and Effect !

Choose Life or Death this Day !

Smile Tis your choice.
