Re: Colonic Experience

Jaz,

When I first considered this I was so scared. This was something unheard of to me before. When I bought an enema bag it took me months to get the courage to do this.

I stayed on all my meds at the time. I was seriously ill and was on up to 21 pills a day...Yikes!!! Doctors said i needed them. I wanted to get well rather than face a life on drugs and not functioning as I once was able to.

The meds are a personal choice, but I worked with my doctors over a 3 year period to get off them. The prednisone took me almost 3 years to get off of. Doc said it was impossible, for me 1/2 mg. at a time was not. But I would not just stop any drug, we need to be weaned off I think. Although, my docs did not agree, I thought it best for me and they helped support my effort. I was willing to die trying. They were surprised as well.

The colonics cleanse all the fecal matter out of the large intestine. It takes a long time and the fix is not quick. From what I read disease begins in the colon and it makes sence. This is our sewage system and if it gets backed up what a mess. In our bodies if it backs up we have garbage that gets into our blood and causes all the sickness or just fatigue. But sickness will come if it is not taken care of.

I had such major benefit from doing this. I dropped 40 pounds, but I was also doing lots of juicing raw fruits and vegs too. I went radical for a time and it saved my life. My skin looked and felt so good, it was so dry before. My energy level came back up very slowly. One day I would feel good the next many days ill again. Then the good days became more than the bad. My blood work began to have remarkable changes as well. People began to call me the miracle woman. I was at deaths door.

The best benefit I received was and still is having normal bowel movements for the first time in my life. That has had the most remarkable benefit for me. Oh what a releif it is.....hee hee

The changes come very slowly...How long? I'm not sure really, but for me it was slow, but oh, so well worth the process. I had to be patient and wait and it paid off big time.

I cried out to God and told Him if He does not want me to die now, if it is not my time then send me what I need and I will do it. After that prayer my mailbox was full of junk mail as we call it ...colonics information was one of them.

Another very important thing I changed was not drinking water from the facet. I drink distilled bottle water I buy for 58 centd a gallon at Walmart and have done this for almost 10 years now. All the chemicles in the water system were interacting with the drugs I was on and was keeping me ill too.

Jaz, you can do it sweetie. If I could anyone can.

Hugs and blessings,

Deb
