I wish I remember the link, but one Lyme patient says if you apply for disability you are more likely to get it IF you apply under the premise of depression, since Lyme or chronic lyme is not a recognized category under the disability determination services.

I'm going through this process myself trying to get some kind of financial help so I can afford the natural health stuff to actually be able to recover! I feel ya, Wen!!!

It sucks to know that you have Lyme or another Immune system problem, but with the way the system rolls, ya gotta jump through THEIR hoops. I suffer from depression, but I know it is just related to the whole illness, but if I gotta get in under a "depression" label, so be it. It would be worth it to get some help.
