I only just wanted to say Hi, and am thrilled to have a group like this to turn to.

I think it's nice to have another board to read to chat with more people that take charge of their health.
Do you ever have live chats here? If not, once a month on my site we do. October 6th 5pm central is our next one. If there are live chats here also, I would love to know and join in. If not, I'm happy to have this message board.
Just like anyone else,I have questions and comments and like to get input on things from many people.
