Re: Distiller water?
I'd be getting ahold of Waterwise on that one. I've been using a Waterwise for years and the water is great.
Yeah, I've heard all the controversy too.
Minerals: The body CANNOT use disloved minerals. Matter of fact the liver will attempt to make all water you drink distilled water. Any disolved minerals you do get into your body precipitate out into the joints and arteries. Arthritis and heart disease in your later years anyone???
The body can only use "ionic" minerals. Minerals that have been taken from the ground and broken down to ionic size by a plant.
Rain water is distilled water, that is what man is supposed to drink. Not water from 100 feet in the ground. But nowadys the rainwater can't be trusted because of all the chemical polutants in the air so it's wise to distill your own.
There are some places on the planet where the minerals the locals consume are from the earth but if you look real close you'll see that the minerals orginally came from the sea. And if it came from the sea they are ionic. Thus the popularity of a good seasalt. It has the ionic minerals you need. Of course the seasalt comes from the plants and animals that live and die in the sea. Thus making it ionic.
I started drinking distilled water in Feb 1971, my first week home from Vietnam. I can't tell you why, something inside just told me to do it.
A year ago I got my cardio checked. I've got the cardio of a 35 year old. And that's with a guy that has had liver cancer. I credit distilled water for that.
Have you ever changed a hot water heater??? The old one was heavy wasn't it? That's what you're keeping out of your body by drinking distilled water. Did you ever see those hardened mineral deposits in the tiolet bowl. Surely don't need that in your arteries and joints. Go with distilled.
Don't add minerals to the distilled, don't "alkalise", don't do anything to the water except love it.
