I think the person who gave you the colonic was probably correct when she described it as a toxic reaction. Have you scheduled a follow up treatment from her? That might not be a bad idea.

Also at home, I would suggest that you consider taking plain water cleansing enemas daily for a week or so to help flush any remaining toxins from your system.
