"and my people love to have it so"..................

It is the same today because the people find it much easier to simply SAY that they love God than to actually TRUST/REST/relax in Him. People worship Him with "lips"/sound instead of have a Godlike nature/character/spirit (good and right and true).


1 John 1:5
"God is light and in him is no darkness at all".

Eternal life requires that we have a Godlike spirit...

Ephesians 5:8
"walk as children of light".

Romans 8:16
"it is the Spirit himself bearing witness WITH OUR SPIRIT that we are children of God".

People try to be saved by their own effort and "take the kingdom by force" instead of "enter by the door". People want to do what the "moneychangers" say (they seek the approval of man instead of God). The people that pridefully profess Christ as savior claim to be BETTER THAN their fellow human being and refuse to recognize the "BRETHREN OF HUMANITY" (they have no true love/respect for their "neighbor").

As "poetic justice", all who are unjust to their fellow human being and rather not live God's ways (good and right and true) receive the "strong delusion" (unwittingly of course), which is why the strong delusion has been worldwide since Antioch...

Acts 11:26
"and in Antioch the disciples were for the first time called Christians".

I have always found more of "the greatest of these" (1 Corin. 13:13) outside of the institutional "my people" churchES (the real "church" is SINGULAR) than inside.

"God is LOVE" (1 John 4:8).

I trust that many of the "brethren of humanity" (unbelievers) that are "good and right and true" will fare better on judgement day than than those who find joy in being an imagined elite "brethren".
