I am trying a 5 or 10 day urine fast, hopefully 10. Do you guys use enema's during the fast or do you just have bowel movements when they come. Also I take natural thyroid medicine should I stop taking it during the fast or not? Any reply's will be greatly appreciated I am starting my fast today.
