Mystery bug

I am making head way into identifying my bug. Which means, it could be relevant to many others BTW. It could be microsporidium spp which means certain "other" measures protocols etc. must be considered.
There are many symptoms that can be identical to the "yeast syndrome", including yeast infections ironically, but I will mention a few that I think are closest to this bug.

1 eye floaters, sensitivity to light, dry eyes
2 itchy bum after bm
3 itchy scalp
4 dehydration
5 alternating constipation and\or diarrhea
6 anxiety, sleep disturbances, restless legs
7 white tongue, bad taste after sleep, geographic tongue
8 guys---prostate problems
There are others, [depending on individual] but these are the main ones to look out for, esp. eye floaters. Shroom Tweet
