yes, my daughter does get most of her nutrition through food at this point. she mostly nurses before her nap and before bed, and in between those times if she gets hurt or something of that nature. i would think she does get enough calcium from cheese, milk and yogurt; but i have read that calcium from those sources are not absorbed in the body to the degree which breast milk is, so i'm not entirely positive.
i am concerned about the milk production actually stopping,.. in a way i think it may be good if it provokes her to wean, but if it seems to be too emotionally traumatic for her i would break the cleanse and wait until she weans on her own terms.
my other concerns are primarily the released toxins, and the effect of the cayenne and lemon juice on her digestive tract.
if anyone has any insight or experience with this it would be greatly appreciated.
