self acceptance - self esteem

Hi ,

I am working on self acceptance and self esteem.
I am trying to find an image that I could hold in my
mind and focus on it.
I don't want an image of something that I am trying to do,
because self acceptance and self esteem are more linked to an unmaterial concept.
Do you have any suggestions ?
