what does a lump means???i need help..

Hi,

my uncle just discovered a lump on the right side of his neck, below his ear..his doctor said it wasn't anything dangerous so he gave him some kind of antibiotics, it was called Levofloxacin and some other pills called kenacova, nonflamin,mobiplex and ranition
after 2 weeks the lump gets bigger and now he got heart burns problem ..maybe a side affects from the medicine??i'm not sure..
after the problem my uncle had to go through a biopsy and the result says something about
-Suspect lymphadenopathy
-mass nasopharing
-lymphoma

could anyone please help me on this please....??
what is that lump??
