I tried barefooting for the 1st time (other than around the backyard). I can feel my feet sizzling and BAD energy leaving. It was totally liberating w/o shoes! I was afraid that barefooting (w/o the arch support on my shoes) would aggregate my bad ankle. Not only that it didn't make it worse, I actually feel more mobility and more circulation going around the ankle as the bad energy leaves the foot.... I did it for 30min non-stop on asphalt and the side walks, so I got some blisters. I guess that's why the protocol says 15min. You need to slowly acclimate to thicker sole? I can't wait to do it again tomorrow even with sore feet!
