Liver flush #1 completed

Hi guys,

I am back. Sorry but very busy day. I finished my liver flush and planning on doing the second one in two weeks. I will be doing mini flushes every day till then. Here is the link:

I was surprised it wasn't very bad at all. I did the epsom salts at 2pm, again at 7 pm and then took the flush at 11pm.

I woke up at 2:30 am and very sick and went to the bathroom and went back to bed till 3am. Got up and checked the forum but did very little. At 6 am I took my epsom salt again.

I did get rid of 5 green stones. Not many as Hulda Clarke says to keep flushing till you get rid of 2000. So I am planning another one in two more weeks.

I thought I would be vomiting and everything but I did not. Yes I was sick and very tired but it was minor considering some of the other things I have done.

Today I am watching my food intake of course and taking fresh and raw juices.

When I first woke up at 11am I had a banana and then 3 hours later another banana. I am getting ready now to make me a smoothie.
