Help! I am REALLY struggling with "searching" CZ :(

I hope someone (webmaster? anybody?) can give me some assistance, because I AM frazzled.

Everybody that knows me calls me the "search queen", because I can generally fine-tune a search on ANY search engine and get very specific results. But I am TOTALLY lost on CZ (and yes, I searched this forum, but can't find my answer).

What IS the boolean code here? Let's say I'm searching for a post on my forum, and I can't remember the exact phrase (which I know to enclose in quotes), but I know it's about how cayenne relieves anxiety. So I try:

cayenne, anxiety (which gives me EVERY post with the word cayenne OR anxiety, like I expect)

cayenne + anxiety (still 200+ results as above)

cayenne +anxiety (ditto)

cayenne AND anxiety (ditto)

"cayenne" AND "anxiety" (no results)

"cayenne AND anxiety" (no results, of course)

"cayenne" +"anxiety" (YAY one result, but I know there's lots more)

I know SOMEWHERE there MUST be a "code sheet/list" to clue me in on how to code/search effectively (using "and" "or" "not" or other winning combinations)...but I can't find it :( WAAAAAAAH.
