--Success Testimonial-- Have my Life back--Night sweats: iatrogenically caused!!!

Hi, 20928!

For many years before finding the Ask Moreless forum, I had been following the one-size-fits-none advice often given folks in midlife by MD's and using POTASSIUM chloride as a salt substitute.

When I hit the change, the sweating was unbelievable!! Thought I would actually get dehydrated!!! Wore sweats at nite, changed several times, soaking wet!!!

Within a year or so of this, started getting more and more cold-sensitive. Would need to wear sweats even when temp in the 80 F range!!! Spent most of my time in bed, cold. Took hours to warm, and for the last year or two was NEVER warm, always cold.

Tested and took supps and Armour thyroid, very little change. Really worried when I found the Ask Moreless forum.

First, I dropped the salt substitute and started using lots of kelp, mainly bladder wrack, dulce, and laminaria digitata. This helped about 60-80 %.

More recently, use Ascophyllum Nodosum kelp AKA Norwegian Kelp in my alkalising drink. Am now 100% recovered. Can go barefoot, wear shorts and light t-shirt down to 50 F if moderately active.

I HAVE MY LIFE BACK!!!!

Listen to Moreless...this ratio business N/P WORKS!!!!

Keep seeking, applying, sharing accurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!!!

Di

27 months on the Ask Moreless protocol,
Getting better every day!
