I tend to see OCD to be a sign of excess production of adrenaline due to some inner abnormality in metabolism. Adrenaline is a hormone that forces you to focus on things in times of stress. I have explained at:

and discuss with a Nutritional Doctor, Clinical Nutritionist or Nutritional Psychologist. Go on the hypoglycemic diet as a first step.
