i took 30 drops once, followed by 0.5l of ozonated water 30 minutes later. man was i out of my comfort zone - i think i passed out finally, after having to crawl back and forth to the bathroom from bed, puking and struggling with diarrea (often at the same time, good thing i had a bucket available) - yet, i felt excellent the next day.
