--When to take enemas--

Hi OTB,

Your question: I know... I have taken similar enemas in the past when I have had this problem and they turned out to ALMOST be nightmares.

I do not have these problems any longer and was just trying to get a better understanding is all.

I am regular I just wasnt sure if one should do this on a regular basis or if it is even needed...

Answer: Any time we get Sick and have poor Digestion and Poor Bowel movements one should take an enema !


With that said, if we take the pinch of Epsom Salt in water with each meal and eat decent we may not have any need for an enema?
