And in addition it is high in phyto estrogens - I always had trouble when taking it. It would make my breast tenderness PMS symptoms worse.

I have seen similar issues even in animals, particularly in horses. One mare was very unhappy while getting it. She always appeared to me like she was torn internally between her emotions. Once the owner stopped feeding it the mare has become very calm and content :-)

My friend's Mare also became more frazzled on a flax based vitamin supplement! It seems that females are more affected by it than males.
