Hey Uny,

Have you ever made these? I read they may work on moles, as I have a mole that has turned black.

The cold sheet herbs are used to draw toxins out of the body, correct? What if one were to use the same herbs in the same fashion on various body parts like a cold sheet head band for instance?

Also, would any benefit come from running hot and cold water on the wrists throughout the day?
