dark circles, eye circles, but what about blue circles/veins?

or is it the same?
anyhow i have those blue circles or rather very visible blue veins under my eyes, what could be causes for this?
i've had this i don't even remember for how long, just now they seemed to become more more visible and

i'm trying to eat healthy for now, but still how long approximatelly could it take time to get rid of them?
also skin at that area is very thin, i can't even press strongly on it, it's very vulnerable and bone under it feels very clearly.. Tweet
