I went upstairs and got the formula in his book school of natural healing

use one part each of the following herbs:

blue cohosh
black cohosh
blue vervain
scullcap
lobelia

for best results use only organic or wildcrafted (grown in the wilds) bulk herbs as these have 7-20 times the potent pytochemicals that prevent and cure disease

using one part of each of the five herbs, make a tincture (use 80- proof vodka from grain as the menstrum), let the herbs soak at least 2 weeks before straining, be sure to shake a few times a day prior to straining, store in a darkened place, paper bag or colored glass bottle to prevent light from deteriorating it, label and put an expiration date 5 years from the date you strained it though it will be good many years after that.

Christopher's heirs do not use organic herbs anymore and the source I provided in the 2nd link makes all her tinctures from organic or wildcrafted herbs, according to the moon cycles and lets them soak a long time before straining.

With an eyedropper, you insert into each ear at night four to six drops of oil of garlic and four to six drops of B & B tincture, plugging ears overnight with cotton, six days a week, resting on the seventh day. This can continue for four to six months, or as needed. On the seventh day, flush the ears with a small ear syringe using warm apple cider vinegar and distilled water half and half.

This also helps in addition to deafness and hearing problem, ringing in the ears, equilibrium problems, aids the motor nerves and taken internally helps epileptics.
