Re: 6.3 mm kidney stone/calcium deposit question

Dr. Schulze ' method IS mostly herbs and tea. :)

This page has a good explanation of his cleanse:

http://www.waronaids.com/Kidneys-2.asp

Basically, to cleanse kidneys, you must balance your diet. For 2 months, stop eating all animal protein. Be vegetarian. Vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, only. beans are fine but lentils are not. Eat only good oils like Olive Oil. Avoid desserts, dairy, sweets, sodas, coffee, black tea.

Every morning and evening before bed, drink The Master Cleanser drink of one whole fresh squeezed lemon or lime, good water, dash of cayenne pepper and just enough maple syrup to improve taste.

Marshmallow tea coats the stones and makes them less painful. Parsley forces the kidneys to flush things out faster and more regularly. You can take herbal pills or drink tea or juice the parsley and add to carrot juice. Make the tea according to directions on the box and drink 4 cups a day minimum.

Make a huge pot of veggie broth. Organic potato skins, an onion, 5 garlic cloves, 2 stalks celery, 2 carrots, parsley, and additional vegetables may be added. Simmer this in a big pot of water, drink the broth until gone. Do this several times a week.

Take a good calcium/magnesium supplement such as CalMagFizz, about 500 mg a day.

Consider doing 1-2 liver flushes. Kidneys are often in trouble because the liver is in trouble. When the liver is not doing its job, the kidneys are given too much to do.

Most important is to balance your diet so that your body can maintain proper PH balance easily. Your body has been having to struggle to maintain proper PH and this has caused the wrong kind of calcium to gather in your kidneys. And you've been eating too many Uric Acid and Phosphorous foods such as meat, dairy, lentils, spinach, soda, coffee, black tea. Your kidneys need a very long vacation! :)

When your urine is PH balanced, it will dissolve stones!

Also supplement your diet with Lecithin. If you have too many fats in your bloodstream, they cause damage to the kidneys.

Hope that helps! :)
