Right, sorted, I have sent them the book and told her I'd give a hundred quid to the charity of their choice if she tries it and it doesn't work.

Strange huh? I was just saying over on debate that I don't know much about fasting for healing, and suddently I am in the middle of it. If she takes this up and it works, I will be so pleased.

Oh and while I searched through the book, I found this on P151:

Fasting to Lose Weight Without Changing Your Diet Is Pointless

And right now I am speaking to some people on debate that say we shouldn't go on about nutritarianism here. Like you say the book is called Fasting and Eating for Health, and from what I have read elsewhere eating is a big part of arthritis cure too.

I really hope she takes me up on this. If so it means I will see fasting heal something with my own eyes.
