Fordyce's Spots are misplaced sebaceous glands though. Lots of people on here have white dots on their lips. I've been saying ages that although Fordyce's Spots are considered harmless that I think there is a link between EC and mine.

I definately didn't have them before my EC started. To me it makes sense that these white dots are a sign of inflammation of some kind and could be blocked pores meaning moisture can't get to the surface.
