Does anyone know of any UT clinics in the west

Hi, does anyone know of any urine therapy clinics in the western world? I am searching for one that is convenient for me to carry out a prolonged UT fast. I am not able to do this at my home because the environment is unsuitable. I believe when it comes to UT fasting it is important for the air to be clean, and the food to be organic. I saw on the internet that Dr William Hitt used to have two clinics in Mexico, but I have been informed recently that they have long gone. I hope you may help me.
