These blue zones have a number of common "dietary" influences...
half of them drink some of the "hardest" water in the world... full of calcium and magnesium.
Local, natural foods with plenty of "greens"; meat as more of an occasional "side" dish...
having active lifestyles through doing your own land/home maintenance and gardening.
Outdoor and Sun exposure.
larger meals earlier in the day.
goats milk - in one of the areas...
wine in moderation in another one of the areas... most likely home made local.
sacred time...
relationships with like minded people...
finding a purpose for your life... like raising and caring for your own family and neighbors\community, and contributing through volunteering.
