I just started taking zinc because I was doing too much with the calcium and the vitamin D3. But now I do vitamin D3 and the zinc. I've read about Sun Chollora, also I had had trouble finding chlorophyll and I found out that some times it's mixed in other supplements but I did not know chlorophyllin was the same thing. So I've been taking that with the zinc. I went to a website and saw people in the forum talking about what they use for their BO. And a few mentioned grinding vitamin C and zinc together and rubbing it on their skin.( I think they added water and made a paste) I have not tried it but they also mentioned wheat grass takin on an empty stomach is good too. My problem is I take too many things at one time. I realized I was over doing the calcium ( It was making me sleepy) so I just take the D3 and the other supplements with the probotics,B2,activated charcoal ( I found one that was stronger) and the zinc and colon cleanse. To tell you the truth it all works pretty well, I have not done the cleanses but I will.
