You are both right. Coffee enemas, the right kind, creates a chemical
reaction in our bodies. Gerson, when young and a medic in the German
army, discovered that giving the seriously wounded a coffee enema
relieve them from pain. At the time he had run out of pain killing
medication so he used the coffee enemas for pain relief.
I haven’t found any studies that prove or disproves my idea of the
coffee enema inciting our bodies to produce serotonin. So take it or
leave it. I personally have found that taking coffee enemas does
create a sense of elation.
When I take a garlic enema I definitely can taste the garlic in my
mouth so why would you not taste the coffee when taking a coffee enema?
No matter the theories, I do know that a good coffee enema makes me feel better.
