HI, I have questions regarding putting ozonated olive oil on the skin for acne. My ozonater just arrived.
After I ozonate the olive oil and it becomes a paste, do I rub the paste on and leave it and not take it off? Or do I take it off after a certain period of time? Do I put a thick coating on? A thin coat? Should I put it on at night and leave it on all night?
What did you do? Did it help?? Did you see noticeable differences? How long did it take to see results?
