I also think you should do the Antibiotic treatment, however if you want to add a little kick to it you could put 1 drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement into 1 liter of water. Drink this solution throughout the day. If you drink the whole liter, mix up another.

The Antibiotics will wipe out the flora in your GI tract, so very little chlorine dioxide will be needed to help clean out the bacteria. The unactivated solution will become activated in your stomach, and there is a chance that it may make it to your bladder before being used up. Since there is little else for it to react with, a small dose is all that is needed.
