Troll User that breaks the rules EVERYDAY and is still posting..why and how?

I cannot understand what is happening here.


If you read the forum guidlines it states..

Even Debate Forums on CureZone can be trolled by name calling and by provoking name calling. Those trolls are quickly banned from CureZone.

It also states..
Why do some members get blocked?

By default, all curezone members have the equal posting privilege, but ...

If you are "trolling" or abusing Support Forums , you get blocked.

If you are abusing Debate Forums , you get blocked.

If you repeatedly ignore rules listed on this page, you get blocked.

If you are sending unsupportive messages to a support forum, you get blocked.

If you are inflaming discussion on a support forum, you get blocked.

However there are people who are constantly breaking the rules and are never banned.

Anyone care to offer an explanation as to how that happens and WHY these memeber have not been blocked permanently???
Shall I assume that there is discrimination happening here??

How can someone who blatantly personally attacks people on a DAILY basis continue to be allowed to post here?

An explanation for this is in order.

And saying that you did not know, is not an excuse because I have reported and sent private reports in emails several times over the last few months and this user is STILL not blocked.

It is not fair that some have to follow the rules and others do not.
