Re: Mixing super tonic with BF&C tincture

Hi, Hi back!

It is a lot of trouble to make Dr. Christopher's anti-plaque formula. Can I just make anti-plaque formula by mixing super tonic with BF&C tincture.

It won't be anti-plaque formula any more...

I think another herbalist with a forum in curezone has been doing it this way, although his formula is not named anti-plaque formula. Because it isn't. :-) But judging from his ingredients, he was mixing many of his tinctures (including comfrey, lobelia, and so on) with garlic juices, vinegar, and honey, and he stated that his formula is very powerful because they have countless herb ingredients in one formula.

What if I mix half gallon of super tonic with several oz's of BF&C tincture? What do you think?

Or you could just squirt a few droppers of BFC tincture in your mouth after you take each dose of super tonic. I think it would be stronger (meaning more benefit from the BFC tincture) if you did it this way as opposed to the mixing way.

Thanks.
You're very welcome!
