...ease of use, my vote goes for polish hardneck, in fact that's the only variety we are growing. The bulbs are huge, and each bulb has four big fat cloves. Easy to peel, no waste. I dunno about you but IMO heads with a myriad of miniature cloves are a pain in the patootie...

Excellent source for organic garlic is filaree farms:)
