Just wanted to give you an update. My BF has been taking the Peppermint Oil under his nose since yesterday morning and I can tell you that it has made a big improvement in his ability to spit up the phlegm that he has. I havent put any on his chest yet because he has seen a big time improvement just from the applications under his nose.
