Can we prioritize flu remedies?

Ok for the swine flu, or any other virus we have many possible remedies. Would you like to attempt prioritizing these? - I feel totally overwelmed - do we know Miracle-Mineral-Supplement works? Whats the best way to administer...only answer if you feel you know...thx.
