Yes, it tells me that americans are most ignorant about thyroid issues, and the poisons in their food and water that makes retailing unnecessary "drugs" at 2.3 million $$ per pound possible.

I'd say pharma has a pretty slick operation going there. Meyer Lansky and Arnold Rothstein would likely be envious.
