I've found that heating the water to body temp,98 degs,
makes for a smoother ride. For the body to process any ingestion, it must bring it to body temperature in order to
process it.
Another issue may be type of salt. Experiment.
Drinking a glass of plain water 3o-60 minutes or so prior to downing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) ensures that the body is not dehydrated.
Often after a nights sleep it is. During this state the
body will try to process the swf for the hydration it craves. This will cause discomfort and a bumpy ride.
