Hi Ladywear, I agree with the previous poster and I think it will pass just like all the other flu outbreak. I would think that one would have to be very young or very old (with compromised or underdeveloped immune systems) to actually DIE from this flu. Many are saying that there are probably millions of infections of this bug, but only a handful actually die from it... just like ANY OTHER flu that has swept around the world. It will give those who catch it a good immune boosting workout. I'm not actually too concerned if I get it!!!

I am seeing all around me (as i work in a hospital) people lining up for their shots and trying to get their hands on tami flu. I can't help but wonder if this hysteria is just another way of encouraging more people to get their shots. Its certainly working.
