Actually I just took Fish Oil and 6000mg of Coq10. It doesnt matter what kind of oil, the Coq10 just needs any type of oil to absorb it. Some other things that you might want to invest in are Rascal, Black-Walnut hull, Zymex II, & Humaworm. You can also do a search for Hulda Clark s 9 essential oils that are supposed to kill the Tapeworm head in 5 days. Good luck and dont give up. You will overcome this! Tweet
