mirena, cyst?

I have a lot of the same symptoms that everyone else seems to have, I was just wondering if anyone else had an issue with cyst. I understand cyst are common and all of that. I have never had one and its abnormally large and very painful, to the point I might have to have it surgically removed.
I'm not sure if its something that might be intensified by my mirena or if its something entirely of its on. Can anyone help? Tweet
