Can ACV cause swollen lymph nodes?

New to the forum and really enjoying the vast knowledge that I have been reading here! I hope someone can lead me in the right direction concerning a problem I have. I started taking ACV for about 3 weeks. I also had already been using PH alkalizing drops in water and drinking 3 liter a day of PH balanced water. One morning, shortly after waking my right lymph node suddenly started swelling and swelled up so large and spread into my face and I looked like a chipmunk. As the day progressed, it went down. Almost every day since then it has given me problems. It has never swelled up chipmunk size again but it will swell slightly and will be slightly uncomfortable. Generally, it will go down as the day progresses. I started taking Wild Oil of Oregano and it seemed to get better for about a week. I have since quit the ACV but the problem has not alleviated. Now I wonder if it has something to do with toxins flushing to fast from my bottle and doing too much at once by starting the PH water and the ACV too close together. I didn't realize they did the same thing at the time. I've have ordered a cleanse which is on its way to me now which has a lymphatic cleanse in it. That is my next avenue to try. Can anyone point me in the right direction? By the way, I am generally healthy otherwise. Tweet
