licorice can be stimulatory, though not always. So you need to be careful. almost any nutrient, including Vitamin C and B, can be stimulatory. The key is to understand the body and adapt accordingly. The stimulatory effect is often dose dependent, and the good news is that there are many forms and delivery system of each that most of the time, they can be made bio-available to the cells without stimulatory effect. The more advance the adrenal weakness is, the more sensitive one tend to be with nutrients of all kinds.
