Which order should I start first

Hello, how should I go about this cleaning...

Which should go first, P&B shakes or humaworm (30 day supply).

I read that after cleansing you should take probiotics (hence I bought the Renew Life Ultimate Flora 15cap).

So when it's time to take probiotic, should I use all of it or is one capsule enough?
