While I agree that colloidal silver is ONE essential thing to have your arsenal to beat and prevent the flu and I agree with what the guy has to say about colloidal silver, I would point out that:
The video is clearly an adverstisement for a particular ionic silver maker. There is no proof that the guy in this video actually had the Swine Flu
Though the guy claims to have taken it regularly for years, it did not prevent him from actually acquiring whatever flu or bug he came down with.
A better plan than merely relying on colloidal/ionic silver would be to live and eat healthily, take immune stimulators WITH anti-virals and immune modulators and keep a good quality colloidal or ionic silver on hand.
